Here is the video recording from the Cageprisoners Ramadhan fundraising dinner, Beyond Guantanamo, of our very own brother Mustafa Terry Holdbrooks.
The iftar, fundraising dinner annd acution took place on Sunday 30th August 2009 at Kensington Town Hall. Speakers included Moazzam Begg, Yvonne Ridley, Ahmed Ghappour of Reprieve, Sami El Haj, Bisher Al Rawi, Binyam Mohamed and speaking publicly for the first time since his release: Mustafa Terry Holdbrooks, a former Guantanamo guard; acclaimed spoken word poet, Amir Sulaiman; and Mustafidh Gani. The evening opened with hauntingly beautiful Qur'anic recitation by former Guantanamo detainee and Haafidh of the Qur'aan, Moussa Zemmouri.
