More gift ideas:
- Find a duff, practise a nasheed song and play a game of 'guess that tune'. Or, opt for the easier option of 'donate £1/$1 towards my public karaoke'. [Buy a book of Eid songs]. Donate that collection to the nearest charity.
- If you're feeling creative, style small bread baskets with gifts and give to all your visitors on Eid. You could even sell them. (I do!)
- Make / sell iftar packs of dates and chocolates and give all proceeds to the poorest person you know.
- Take all the women on your street for a mass Eid salah. Make sure to order several babysitters for their children.
- Make your own goody bags and donate to children's wards at the local hospital!
