What: Jamat Times, a fully loaded interactive toolbar designed with the masjid-goer in mind. It offers a vast range of Islamic tools to keep you updated in your local area (UK only), as well being a heck of a lot of fun to use. Trust us, we love our holy gadgets.
Aims: However, JT doesn't just offer this - it keeps brothers and sisters inside the masjid by offering information on upcoming events, the facilities the masjid has such as madrassas, classes and women's circles, new muslim facilities, as well as funeral, marriage and hall hiring to name a few. Information is also available about masjid committee members, what projects the masjid are working on and and how you can get actively involved in supporting your local masjid. With JT you don't have to feel like a stranger to your masjid anymore.
Jamat Times are currently looking for people in the following areas:
- Software developers, web designers, computer animators and graphics designers.
- Proffessional and reliable brothers and sisters to come forward and adopt a masjid.
- Seekers and lovers of good deeds to come forth and sponsor our projects.
- Knowledgable students of knowledge to share their thoughts and understandings.
