Muslim Photo Diary: British Winters

In the name of God, compassionate & merciful بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Peace be with you السلام عليكم

Muslim Diaries: Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5

After {BBC reports of a blizzard in the UK} over the holiday season, we Britons expected a return to normality: more rain and wind. However, as we're nearing towards the end of February we're still snowed in. Alhamdulillah for the snow, it is beautiful to look at, although some Divine signs of Spring would be equally loved! I'm a frequent snapper and share random photos of my Muslim community and surroundings in Yorkshire, UK, the original Muslimness | Zaufishan blog. Below are photos I took this past week.

Castle Hill, a Roman leftover

Opposite my family's home in a valley, are isolated homes perched on slopes

My back garden, maghrib time; it was green one moment, white the next

Do share what the weather's like in your 'hood! Which part of the world are our Muslimness readers from?
