AL-QAWI SELF DEFENCE CLASSES FOR BROTHERS IN EAST HAM
Start Date: Saturday 10th October 2009
Times: Every Saturday, 10.30 am - 11.30 am & 11.30 am - 1.00 pm
Venue: 313 Katherine Road, East Ham, London, E6 (map)
Classes will teach karate and grappling and will be non-contact. There are two classes.
The first is for 5-11 year olds and costs £2, while the second session is for adults and teenagers, and costs 3 pounds.
The classes will be Islamically based, with a Hadith / Quranic reminder after the class. These classes run by a professional martial arts instructor. The club also hopes to partake in outings, summer camps and tournaments, in the future.
